Do I have to return to a job after Im released from Workers Comp AZ?

More details to this question:
5 month on WC I get released to sedentary duty in Jan by my surgeon, 2 weeks later Im sent to a Dr by insurance co and that Dr says same thing. 3 weeks later at IME that Dr threw me under the bus and released me fully 0% all categories but IM STILL IM PAIN. Boss wants me back to work in two days. I dont want to go back I know ill hurt myself for sure. Can I just quit I can find a simple job. Or what must I be afraid of? I cant go back the position is to hard for me altogether. and ... No ... no one will take my hernia case.

Update Your Profile
You are not required to return to you date of injury employer.  You can leave the job and find a less physically demanding job if you choose.  Even if you leave your date of injury employer, you can always reopen your case in the future in you need to.  You do not have to be stuck at a physically demanding job.
