Fathers accident

More details to this question:
My father had a accident at work years ago and I believe that it caused his death ... I was just a kid then , but now that I'm older I would like to know if there anything we can do to hold his company accountable.

First, I am sorry to hear about your father's death.   Regarding a claim for workers' compensation benefits, a injured worker has a limited amount of time to file a workers' compensation claim.  MGL 152, Section 41 states that a claim must be "...filed within four years from the date the employee first became aware of the causal relationship between his disability and his employment.
