Worksman comp law suit against me back in2002 an i have not receive any paperwork or was never contacted bye anyone but found guilty in court never had the chance to defend myself

Too little information -- you need to contact the Clerk of Courts for the county in which the suit was filed and get a copy of all of the pleadings.
However, since this was in 2002, my guess is that whatever was at issue in the case has long since faded into oblivion.
