More details to this question:
I was in an accident in 2009 Retired in October of 2015 . I was on workers comp but not now not for a long time. Medical problems have come back with a vengeance can I get comp again. I am retired

You voluntary retirement likely precludes ypou from being paid temporary total disability compensation (TTDC).  TTDC is paid to replace lost wages and since you retired, there are no lost wages to be replaced.  This is called work force abandonment.  Your medical will still be paid. If you return to work, then you are eligible for TTDC.  Silly rules, but that is what the Courts have held.
