I got hurt at work and broke my nose and eye socket

And workman's comp took a month before I ever seen the doctor to set my nose back in place and he don't even set noses that's been broke for a month and every doctor I go to they don't do nothing for me and the way I got hurt was with a hand grinder at a welding shop the disc broke on the grinder and it hit me in the face do I have a chance for a settlement when I first got hurt they was wanting to send me to UT for surgery and workman's comp told me not to go through with the doctors I was seeing they had to send me to the doctor that works for workman's comp and like I said it took a month before I ever seen a doctor do I have a chance for a case

Under the workers compensation law, you must receive treatment from a doctor that the workers compensation insurance company chooses. You have the right to a second opinion. Contact the Division of Workers Compensation with the Tennessee Department of Labor for additional questions.
