I am required to take calls back to back and I have ada specifications. However they have moved me to a new department and from what I was originally hired to do. Now I am not able to get up and move around as doctor requested and it has come to a point the headset I am wearing is placing so much pressure on me that I have developed muscles spasms, and server mental depression so much that my medical doctor is now agreeing with my chiropractor. I get migraines from the pressure and fast pace that I was not told would happen. I am now on medical leave and been told tat I could be fired or terminated is the word they used after my thirty day leave. My medical doctor and my chiropractor brought Disabiltity but I do not have enough quarters in. So they recommended workers compensation. Is this possible? I am 62 this August and have worked for my company now since 10/06/2008 and I am not a lazy person. I am on something I never thought I take anti depressants. Can you help me?
I would need to review your medical records to give you a better answer. However, if your doctors say your physical medical conditions are from your repetitive motions at work then you may be able to bring a workers compensation case. Once you get past that point, then doctors can say that your mental medical conditions are related to your physical injuries.
I would be happy to speak to you in more detail. Please call me for a FREE consultation at (877)817-4127.
