i injured my left shoulder at work.

More details to this question:
I injured my left shoulder at work. I still can not lift over 15-20lbs. or raise my arm above my head. I went through work comp. but was told I can go back full duty. I need to know what my options are now that work comp released me for full duty?

If you are still having problems with your shoulder, we probably need to discuss the details of your situation. Most of the company doctors screw people over with return to work opinions. Based on where you live and work, there are other options.
