More details to this question:
Had accident two years ago. filled out all necessary reports for my company. they refused to give me the name of the insurance co. Told me to have the DR send them the bill and they would pay it. They did not, I had to pay it and the accident had caused un repairable damage that the co still refuses to accept.

At this point, I would suggest that you contact the insurance company directly. You can find out what company it is by going to the MS workers comp commission website at www.mwcc.state.ms.us, click on the Services tab at the top of the page, scroll down and choose Employers work comp. insurance coverage and then plug in your employer's information OR you can contact the commission at 601-987-4200.
