Personal Injury WC

I'm NEED a workers Comp lawyer. I am an over the road truck driver, fell & injured my back Dec 2016. 3RD party claims adj suspended claim. I called questioning several times about the IME appointment... never received a followup call, telling me it would cost me benefits. I was on light duty and was moved to NC, where I wanted to domicile. They force my hand, did not get me treated for a month. Now suspended my benefits and can't see dr til May 2. Can I driver for Uber to make $$? Lots of twists I have a previous injury but this one is specific and not related to the old. I am done with PT but not healed. Maybe disabled from Team Driving but can driver solo for another company. Need advice and to get an income fast. Just bought a car. Lot's of questions. Contacted Claims adjusters to tell them I did not refuse IME BUT THEY DID NOT CONFIRM or call to discuss when I called 3,4,5 times? Do I have a case? Im in NC now. what should I do?
