More details to this question:
Original injury (W.C. doctor excused from work for 2 days) with no real resolution to the pain / problem. 5 months later still not healed and re-injured. NEW W.C. doctor prescribed physical therapy / mri but then wrote a "wrong code" in the report, explaining the injury, causing delay and declination. Original request was to cover medical expenses from the injury only. With the delay / declination to pay for further treatment , my conditioning is worsening. Question is this, is it possible to reopen or refile the claim?
