Ruptured achilles tendon

More details to this question:
I was walking to a truck. Not engaged in anything other then preparing to drive. Ruptured the tendon but continued to work. Happened on a Friday reported it on Monday after I went to my Dr. I felt just walking wasn't covered others told me since it happened at work it should be covered
