I went to the doctor(centra care) doc put me on light duty (torn roto cup) work set the appt. Returned to work my boos (owner of company) was upset I filed WC claim. I am a service plumber by trade. He stated to me that he ownly had to pay minium wage and thru a trash can at me told me to go pick up trash with my good arm outside around the shop.Do I have to put up with this and who pays for the taxi cab since I cannot operate a vehical. I live 30 miles from the sfop

You are entitled to a travel reimbursement to and from all authorized Workers' Compensation physician/doctor's appointments. The Workers' Compensation insurance carrier for your employer will send you a check i the mail reimbursing you for the mileage you travel. You have the additional right to request transportation to all of your doctor's appointments. You will receive 66 2/3 of your regular wages if your employer is unable to find you a light duty position.
