More details to this question:
I broke my ankle in October of 2014 and I had to drop out of school. I lost my internship and couldn't get into film school. When I finally went back to work my ankle hurt so bad when I got off that I wasn't able to go to sleep until about 3 in the morning.

The only compensation that you can receive in a workers compensation claim, are medical bills (past and future) paid and/or permanent partial impairment (loss of future earning capacity). You can not get compensation for the loss of the other items that you mentioned in your summary.
