QUESTION

what can I do?

Asked on Jan 04th, 2013 on Workers Compensation - Kentucky
More details to this question:
I had an injury at work in 2002 in Ohio. I was awarded wc but never received it. A few weeks ago I got a check. After digging around I found out that that head injury may have caused my multiple sclerosis. After that injury I suffered in 2002. I was never able to work a job for very long and am now on total permanent disability. The WC claim from that time days it is allowed but inactive, what can I do if this injury has caused my total disability? What steps should I take? Please any information is appreciated.
