What course of action can I take when my lawyers incompetence has caused 14 years of no support, he has lied to me, he has betrayed a very significant

My lawyer did not file any requests for hearings or any kind of motions in my workman’s comp case.it has been fourteen years and I am still waiting for rails m,Ramos, chairlifts, and etc. They have never paid for physical therapy, my diagnostic testing, ultrasound, mri’s doctors visits PT, massage rtherapy, ...and the list goes on..also he has lied to me on several occasions on important matters and he has betrayed my confidences which had created a problem for me ..I would have fired him ,but no Atty wanted to work for this lawyer and he would not settle on a fee to buy him our....the last 14 years have been hell to say the least. His imcomputence made me close the pharmacy when my husband dites syddeny and I was not able to dispense of all of the items properly, the deal had too come in to help and I lost lots and lots of money
