I hhave a attorney she won't call me back it been 4 months i keep calling never calls me back can i get a new attorney ?

yes, you can. However, you should do so as soon as possible so it does not create any problems with your case. Due to statutes of limitations and deadlines the longer things go the more difficult or logistically unpractical it becomes.
