what kind of attorney do i need ? do i have a case?

More details to this question:
i work construction , had four of my fingers cut off by the boss with a skill saw, he has no insurance and no workmans compt.. was supposed to help me out while off work but has refused after only giving me $800 over a 2 month period, the doctors was able to put them back on but i have no insurance what should i do do i have a case

You need an attorney who is experienced in the area of Worker's Compensation.  Employers are required to have Worker's Compensation Insurance.  If they fail to have such insurance coverage, there are penalties that can be levied against the employer in favor of the injured employee.
