What should I do?

Asked on Mar 03rd, 2017 on Workers Compensation - Tennessee
More details to this question:
I fell at work and land on my right knee with all my weight I was on workman's comp well we had an ultrasound done twice and it came back normal and I had an MRI done it came back normal w/ a possibility of a cist that burst when I landed on it. Well my right leg is swollen from the top of my knee all the way done to my toes. It's been like this since the accident. The Dr released me saying I had swollen feet and legs before the accident when I fell on it it got worse. This is not true I didn't have no problems with swollen feet or legs until I fell and the released me and I still can't return to work and now I'm having a hard time finding someone to do my short term disability when I called them to see if they knew somewhere to get this done she told me to change PCP I don't know what my options are
