QUESTION

What would you advise me to do?

Asked on Aug 28th, 2018 on Workers Compensation - Tennessee
More details to this question:
I was injured at work. Broke bones in leg and foot. After a year of treatment and just being released from a short boot, doctor claims that since my fracture finally healed that I am ready to work. I've been diagnosed with Chronic Pain Syndrome in the area of the break. The insurance company has denied pain block that was ordered and further PT treatments by doc which claimed I should be able to go back to work full time after PT. Can't get insurance claim adjuster to answer my calls. What would you advise me to do? My foot still swells up and I can't ambulate short distances without a walking cane.
