More details to this question:
My son was injured at work...he attempted to settle with WC but back out after 2 days of a verbal agreement, he felt it wasn't enough...he possibly need neck surgery to relieve a herniated disc in his neck that's giving him neck and arm pain...he get steroid injections from his gp until he goes to a motion to settle meeting...he wants to start working at this other job since the court date is 2.5 months away and he's not receiving pay from work comp...is it ok gor him to go to work under another employer while injured and involved in a wc case.

If your son was not represented by an attorney when he reached a settlment agreement, he can back out of it if he changes his mind. Without the details of the accident, treatment, amount of settlement, etc. I cannot address that further.  Yes, he can go to work for another employe while the settlement is pending, if the job is within the restrictions given to him by his doctor.
