Suffered a neck injury from job and needed surgery for a fusion. The surgeon returned me to sedentary work but I will not be able to return to my previous job pre-injury, ever. My employer has found me sedentary work but I will never be able to return to the job that I made a career of, and will suffer a loss in wage income, what are my rights?
