Worker's Compensation

More details to this question:
I am currently employed. I had an on the job injury and I'm covered under Worker's Compensation. If I hire an Attorney and I lose days from work, that has to be reimbursed by Worker's Compensation, will my reimbursement check come directly to me or will it be sent to my Attorney for disbursement?

Depends upon the contract you sign and what you want.   most attorneys will only seek fees against the insurance carrier or from a settlement under contract
