More details to this question:
I was hired to do the lawn maintaince of picking up paper and cig. butts and etc. and later on the manager added more to what I was doing like cleaning the pumps and filling the water buckets and then later on she wanted me to start empting the garbage cans outside so plus on top of my work well I changed them daily the crew was to change them on weekends but they were always full when I came back to work on monday . I would chang the garbage they were really heavy cause it was a truck stop and they would throw heavy stuff in the garbage like batteries, pea jugs.etc. I had a dolly to put them on til I roll them to the dumpster where I had to throw them over into the dumpster and I did that for a year then my shoulder got to hurting and I told the manager and she said to me(what do u want me to do about it) so I went to my own doctor and he send me to specialist and they took x-ray and said it was torn but I kept working it only hurt a certain way then it got bad both went torn in both

Best advice would be for you to seek a private consultation with a Workers' Comp attorney rather than hope to receive some useful pointers in response to your post. The Workers' Comp system is a very difficult system to attempt to navigate through on a DIY basis. However, if you are interested in consulting with one of us, you will have to reach out, as attorneys are unable to directly solicit on this forum.
