More details to this question:
I hurt my back and neck trying to pick up a drum at work that fell over due to an unlicensed coworker driving the forklift. Management knew of this. Trying to receive compensation for time missed and medical bills

Most importantly, time is of the essence! When did this happen? Have you filed the appropriate paperwork?  Do you have an attorney? I would reccomend that you contact our office or another attorney immediatley to deal with this. It sounds like a viable case.
