More details to this question:
A group of buddies and I decided to create a server as a get together and promote entertainment. I created the server and email accounts using my personal and financial information. You may have an ownership claim. The two questions you have to ask yourself are: is it worth it and what you are prepared to spend to get control bac. We would have to establish your initial ownership or claim of interest and then establish the nature of the use of the website. I would suggest sending a writing to the others and advise them that you are seeking legal counsel, and are they prepared to defend their actions in court. If they are smart, they will give you access back but you will be right back to the two questions above.
