Resident is not a legal tenant of this address. Has been observed harassing, intimidating and stalking both the legal tenant the landlord and other family members in person, via phone text and on internet medium which has contributed to a hostile living arrangements for all involve. The situation has gone unresolved for several months and has perpetuated the Notice herein.
