Can a crematorium demand a copy of the deceased before cremation

Crematorium will not proceed with cremation unless I furnish them with copy of will. I don’t think it’s any of their business

The crematorium is just trying to protect themselves by making sure that the decedents last will and testament allowed for a cremation, as opposed to another form of internment like burial.
