QUESTION

Can I be convicted of a crime without any physical evidence.

More details to this question:
I went to sell a phone to someone with my cousin And he pulls out a gun and point it towards the victim and and tells them to run and get in car and drives away I have never been in trouble in my life or a situation like that ever so I ran back to my house I went to jail for a crime I didn’t even do and he is living his life Scott free there is no physical evidence whatsoever I am on Pretrial release and they are trying to give me a youthful offender sentence for something I didn’t do I didn’t have a gun I didn’t get in the car I was blindsided I don’t want this on my record I a have a lawyer but I don’t think he is fighting hard enough I need some advice this is driving me crazy justice need to be served this is wrong for this to be my first time ever in any trouble they’re doing me like this this system is cruel.

You have a lawyer. Bear in mind the prosecutors view is first time CAUGHT not first time offender. You have a lawyer - if you don't like that one, then you are free to hire another, albiet at your expense.
