Can I charge a person a “no show” fee if they fail to show for a class in which I reserved a spot for them?

I teach CPR classes. I hold 1 class per month. I advertise on Facebook when I am holding a class. I get several people that say they want to take the class and ask me to hold a spot for them. Then on the actual class day they do not show up. Due to the limited amount of people that I can train at one time I turn people away because my class is full. I want to know if I can charge the people that do not show up a no show fee.
