QUESTION

Can I get rid of my absent son's things?

Asked on Nov 14th, 2023 on Collaborative Family Law - New Hampshire
More details to this question:
Separated 5 years, shared custody until my son (16) removed himself from my house 8 months ago. All his stuff is still in his room, but I can't keep an unoccupied bedroom when 3 people sleep in the basement. Want to bring him his stuff, but his mother is impossible. Can I legally dispose of it?
