Can I sue in small claims court?

More details to this question:
I bought a 2 piece chicken meal w/ Large drink- I was drinking on a large red Fanta from Church’s Chicken until it was almost gone and when I popped the top off to pour off the melted ice a freaking nasty roach had been in my drink!!!!! I ended up vomiting about 5 times! I brush my teeth 8 times through out the day and I haven’t slept! I got so depressed & sick I also had to get a nebulizer treatment!! The Doc gave me 3 days off and medication for my nausea! I haven’t ate and I feel dirty inside my body!!!!! :(

If the damages you seek are less than $20,000, you can file a lawsuit in justice of the peace court.  From your description, it sounds like your legally compensable damages, if any, fall well below this limit.
