More details to this question:
We agreed on a number we had 30 days to get the paperwork from them sign and return my lawyer refused to call and ask for papers resulting in not meeting the deadline, due to his own agenda, after I constantly asked him to before the deadline. Now, they are refusing to send paperwork for us to sign and follow through with deal. My lawyer now ignores my calls! What shall I do next. It was for about half of a million dollar settlement.
