Asked on Jan 18th, 2022 on Internet Law - California
More details to this question:
A known third party has and is publicly writing negative falsifying information online pertaining to myself and my children. Statements are being made publicly on social media sites. I work for the Federal Government and this can be detrimental to my reputation/career. This is also affecting me emotionally as I cannot defend myself to these false statements for fear of retaliation or losing my job.
