More details to this question:
On December 9th someone went into a T-mobile store to have a SIM card transferred to them with my phone number. By allowing this to happen by T-Mobil it gave the the person access to my Coinbase account which then they stole $10k out of my account. If T-mobile would of properly followed protocol the person would of needed my ID and a bill or some piece of mail showing residence thus not giving access to my phone and preventing them from stealing my funds.
