me and my husband got out of serious relationships i had a baby before entering this relationship, we got married one week after dating and we been married for 10 months because we were unaware on how to reverse it, it has caused me so much anxiety and it has affected our mental health we were not ready to take on marriage an the responsibilities' that came with it

If there was a mistake, or something that prevented one or both of you from being able to form the requisite intent to enter into a marriage, an attorney may be able to convince the Judge that an annulment is appropriate, otherwise, they often say all the things you said apply to many people who need divorces.
Call an attorney in or near the county where you live, if an anulment is not granted, the Judge will grant a dissolution of marriage and you'll both be able to move on.
