My boss borrowed money and won't pay me back

So my boss has been what she calls borrowing money from me for 2 years now. The last sum was 1,500$ She has been supposedly supposed to pay me back and won't do it. She's now gettInf her other employees to ostracize me to the point I quit so she doesn't have to pay me back.
