My husband is living with his girlfriend

Asked on Apr 20th, 2023 on Assault - Texas
More details to this question:
I have many questions. One of which would be that he has proof of his nose bleeding from me protecting myself. He had his arms wrapped around my whole upper portion of my body. I dropped my body weight and when I did that my arms went up and my hand hit his nose. He is on cocain so of course when I bumped his nose it bled. His girlfriend has been very nasty and spit ful I can don’t feel safe being alone and having him drop off my two girls or picking them up. He wants a reaction. He keeps trying to provoke me. He is billing and has been very controlling with money and psychology abusive for years.
