Plan to sell a bar business that is in a LLC

More details to this question:
My husband was the owner of a bar that is in a LLC and in our trust. My husband died in Sept 2023 I’m the only surviving member of the trust. The bar was left to me. I’m now ready to sell the business and I’m not sure how the LLC works or the bars name

You should retain a real estate agent who , working hand in hand with an escrow title company, should be qualified to handle all the paperwork to sell the asset.
