QUESTION

Remote online job

More details to this question:
I answered an ad to work online. I started the work. It was commission based on orders. After submitting 40 orders, you could withdraw your any earnings above $100. Once in awhile they had what they called "lucky" order that put your balance negative and required you to pay that negative amount. You would in turn get triple commission, plus bonus amount. Everything is paid in ETH. On my 2nd day, I received "lucky" order and had to pay 188.88 ETH to continue. I ended up with $362 commission. I thought no problem. Then a couple orders later, I get another "lucky" order, but this time they want me to pay out $812. I didn't have $812. Because I couldn't pay that $812 to finish up the 40 orders, they aren't paying me anything. So I lost my "lucky" order bonus of $362 and I am out $188.88. Of course it is cryptocurrency, so can't reverse transfers. This company is clearly ripping people off. What can I do to get my money. their terms state only 30 orders need to be completed I completed 32.
