[TX] East Texas Law Enforcement Wrongful Arrest & False Charges?

I was assaulted and threatened by my ex, his neighbor, and her husband while trying to retrieve my property from his house, where he told me to come get my things or he was throwing them in the dump. When I went to collect my things, he assaulted me, his neighbor lied and said I assaulted her. The officers involved after I called them for help never heard my side of what happened, instead took ME to jail charging me with 3 criminal trespasses because the 3 there lied to them and I couldn’t get the officers to hear me. During the assault, I was punched into a concrete wall and my tooth was broken, which I will have to pay for. He assaulted me, and now I have 3 charges and the case remains open and with the DA. What do I do? I didn’t trespass, I didn’t assault anyone, I was wrongfully taken to jail, and further assaulted and abused by jail staff there too. Wtf
