Underage nudes

More details to this question:
So I was texting this girl from a dating website and her profile clearly stated she was 18, I started talking to her for a few days. Out of the blue she sent me some dirty videos that I most definitely didn't ask for. I told her not to send them to me because I wasn't into that kind of stuff. She then revealed to me that she was actually only 17 but would be turning 18 in a few days. I told her that's definitely not ok and that she should refrain from doing that again. A few days later, someone claiming to be her father messaged me from her number saying that he was going to the courthouse to files charges on me for what I did to his daughter. He called me a few times and was asking for a lot of personal information, the most I gave him was my name, then when he kept calling, I blocked his number as it became agitating. A few days later, I received a text from someone claimed to be a Sgt. of "Civil & Criminal investigator service" that's located within my state. Is this a scam or legit

This is a common scam on the Internet.  There is no girl, there is no mother or father or detective -- only Internet fraudsters.   Do NOT send them any money.  They are trying to blackmail you, and you are the victim here - not some young girl who does not exist.   Block them and do not communicate with them in the future.   I have never heard of these fraudsters actually posting the pictures because 1) It takes time and makes them no money, and 2) It makes it too easy for them to get caught.
