What type of attorney can create a POA for Parents

I would like to get a Medical POA for both of my parents because they are getting older and they are both Spanish speakers they both rely on me to help them with medical docs - the problem is when I request records or updates the nurses refuse to speak to me because I have no POA over my parents even when I am considered their emergency contact. I think I need a Medical POA over them to make life a little easier. What kind of documents do we need and what kind of attorney can do this
