More details to this question:
I was hit and handled by many police officers without resisting arrest. They even broke my arm. Poked my eye wihich caused busted blood vessels and continue to hit me with the baton on my face causing injury. Was taken to jail for nothing other than public intoxication. Was never given sobriety test. And no rights were given.

The failure to read you your Miranda rights means that anything you may have said during a custodial interrogation cannot be used against you in your criminal case.
