Do I have a case?

Asked on Jun 10th, 2018 on Lemon Law - Tennessee
More details to this question:
I purchased a vehicle from a local dealership in Tennessee. I live in a county that requires the vehicle to pass emissions. They registered it in a county that does not. Knowing the vehicle had the emissions tampered with. Now their are other issues and they are stating they are not going to make the vehicle right which I would accept or find me a vehicle for a the same cost. I also purchased an extended warranty which is now not valid due to this issue. What are my legal rights. I can register this vehicle in my county. The vehicle is not working and they say it is all on me because they gave me a as is statement.
