Hi, I was being recorded against my wishes while driving. I got out my car and confronted the person and told them to stop recording me, they refused to stop so I snatched the phone and threw it. I made no actual physical contact and nobody was hurt. I was wondering what a max sentence would be, and if it would be considered a felony or misdemeanor.
