You are better off using a "find a lawyer" feature rather than simply announcing a desire in a Q&A forum. Being a lawyer that handles small claims cases, one of the issues will be your ability to spend the money needed to properly handle the case vs. the ability to recover those fees from the car dealer. You will need to speak directly with lawyers to address the details of your "demand" and the merits of the case.
