Malpractice on a motorcycle

More details to this question:
My m/cycle is a 2021can am f3 Spyder it wa taken to the dealer for diagnostic reasons in 2022 since then haven’t driven the cycle which was working fine prior I have requested repeatedly for any service records showing what they did I’m firmly believe that they are liable for cycle

Unfortunately, there are no facts for a lawyer to examine to determine whether your "firm belief" is accurate. You will need to contact a lawyer and provide specific information for the lawyer to examine to determine if they agree that the dealership did somethinhg wrong.
