Where to find a lawyer that will handle small claims?

I have a car that I been trying to get fixed for months from mechanic shop. The price to fix the car the mechanic said it would be 2100$. I been paid him the money since April of 2017. I paid him in cash. I been trying to get receipts he keeps going around the bush on when he going to give me receipts but I don't have any receipts stating that I paid it. This is a business and its not being ran professional. The date is 7.10.17 the car is not fixed I asked for money back and he doesn't have any money I just need help on which route I need to go.
