More details to this question:
Didn't get a test drive. When delivered gave me a We own you note for a scratch . Had some problems with door, cap and gas gasket, driver window freezes and actual ice build up at back side windows. Got letter from Honda about a repair made prior to purchase and they want me to sign a release and offer me to extend warranty for free.

I'm not so sure it's a lemon law matter; instead, it may be simply dealer misrepresentation. However, if the dealer can't fix the problem after given reasonable opportunity to do so the lemon law may kick in. The MN attorney general's office has a number of publications available (most in downloadable form) in car problem cases.
