Employment discrimination based on gender does typically cover discrimination for sexual stereotypes and sexual orientation. What you have described sounds like sexual harassment. You can file a complaint of discrimination on this basis with the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. You should also check to see if your state has a Civil Rights office for employment discrimination claims.
